DAY 1: MARRAKECH – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – DRAA VALLEY – ZAGORA:

Your wonderful 2 days tour starts at 8:00 am. We will pick you up from your Riad in Marrakech towards the Zagora desert, across some of Morocco’s marvelous destinations. On the way, you are going to experience the beauty of the Atlas Mountains. Via the road of Tizi-n-Tichka pass, the highest road in Morocco with an altitude of 2260m, with valleys, oases, and mountains. We will stop by, to get the chance to take great pictures and admire the beauty of this area surrounded by aged Berber villages.

    You will visit the beautiful city of Ouarzazate, known as “Africa’s Hollywood”, a city that attracts with its unique landscapes many film producers. With its biggest film studios in Morocco. You will enjoy a traditional lunch in this beautiful Hollywood of Africa.

    Afterward, we will head to Draa Valley crossing the second pass which is Tizi N’Tnifift at (5610 feet), and the former route of caravans for Sahara traders coming from “Tombouctou”. In Draa Valley, you will have the opportunity to explore the biggest palm grove, in a mood of ancient caravans with spectacular views.

    Then we arrive at Zagora, a place that is inextricably linked with the Sahara Desert. After restoring with a relaxing mint tea. Camels will carry you into a wonderful world, through the sandy dunes of Zagora desert, under a panoramic view of the unique sunset of the Sahara.

    Finally, get to your traditional well-equipped camp, in a relaxing mood you will enjoy a traditional dinner, before listening to some local music show around the campfire.

DAY 2: ZAGORA – DRAA VALLEY – AIT BANHADDOU – TELOUET KASBAH – MARRAKECH:

In the morning, it is recommended to wake up early for one of the most breathtaking sunrises in your life. Afterward, we will resume our trip together back to Marrakech. First, towards Draa Valley passing by scenic views, and tiny Berber villages all over the road. Then to Ouarzazate city, where will visit the famous film studio Atlas.

    Next, we will head over to the world Heritage site the Kasbah of Ait ben Haddou, a place that belongs to one of the most important families between the 16th and 17th centuries in Morocco. “The Glaoui family”; and a place that attracted many filmmakers, who took part in their movies; such as Jesus of Nazareth, Gladiator, Game of Thrones… A lunch is planned for you to enjoy in this historical area.
    Afterward, we continue towards the historical Kasbah of Tellouat, located in a fertile valley surrounded by palm, fig, and olive trees. The Kasbah stands alone with its original mosaics, preserved silks, and grand remnants of the El Pacha Glaoui family.
    By a scenic road, full of spectacular views, our tour continues to the red city Marrakech, where we will drop you off at your hotel, and here our unforgettable 2 days tour experience ends.
