9 Days Marrakech – Boulmane- Dades -Merzouga:
DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO Airport OF MARRAKECH – Transfer To Hotel :
Upon your arrival at the airport of Marrakech, our professional staff, will pick you up and transfer you to the Riad, you will be staying at. Afternoon is free to enjoy the special ambiance of ” Jamaa El Fna’s plaz ” by night, where fortune tellers, snake charmers, musicians will compete for your attention.
Overnight at the Riad.
Day 2: FROM MARRAKECH TO AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH VIA THE ATLAS MOUNTAINS THEN TO OUARZAZATE AND TO DADES GORGES :
Our wonderful journey starts from your accommodation in Marrakech, for a tour around some of Morocco’s special destinations, and the first one for today will be the Kasbah of Ait Ban Haddou, on the way you are going to experience the beauty of Atlas Mountains via the road of Tizi-n-Tichka, the highest road in Morocco with an altitude of 2260m, offering you charming views as far as the eye can see , valleys, oasis, mountains, and Berber villages. We will have stops along the way, so you can get the chance to take some great pictures, and to admire the beauty of this area dotted with tiny berberic villages.
Arriving to a world Heritage site the Kasbah of Ait ben Haddou, this place belongs to one of the most important families between the 16th and 17 th century in Morocco, “the Glaoui’s family” ; and a place that attracted many film makers, that took a part in their movies such as ” Jesus of Nazareth “. A lunch is planned for you to enjoy it in this historical area. After a quiet stay, we will resume our tour in Ouarzazate, to explore one of the historical Kasbahs in the area, the Kasbah of Taourirt ; Next we will visit the city of roses, and its valley, a carpet of roses as far as the eye can see.
Eventually, arriving to Boumalene Dades, where you will enjoy a traditional dinner, and spend the night at a Riad/hotel.
DAY 3: FROM BOUMALNE DADES TO TINGHIR-TOUDRA GORGES – TINJDAD – ERRFOUD TO MERZOUGA DESERT :
After breakfast at the beautiful town of Boumalene, we will head over to a special destination today, the magnificent Merzouga, passing by Tinghir, to visit Todra gorges the highest narrowest spectacular gorges in Morocco, a unique place, recognized around the world as one of the most spectacular Canyons in the world. After a quiet stay we will continue to the famous town of Tijdad, where you will try a traditional lunch. After restoring, we will continue towards our unique destination passing by Errfoud; then to Merzouga, where you will be welcomed by camels that will take you through the magnificent world of the sandy dunes of Erg Chebbi. In a memorable experience on the top of the camels you will admire the spectacular sunset in the Middle of the Sahara.
Eventually, the camels will take you to our traditional well equipped camp, where you will enjoy a traditional dinner, while listening to a berber music show, in a friendly mood under the stars.

Day 4: Merzouga – Erg Chebbi – BERBER NOMADIC FAMILIES – KHAMLIA VILLAGE :
In today’s program after breakfast in the camp, we will explore the surrounding areas of the marvelous desert of Erg Chebbi. You will have the opportunity to see the lake Dayet Srji, that attracts flocks of pink flamingos; Birdwatchers will enjoy this quiet area. Afterwards, we will explore Khamlia and, meet the locals and, know more about their daily life. You can also find desert reptiles and mammals. In Khamlia, known by its habitants, the dark-skinned people who were slaves from Sudan; with their hospitality, You will be welcomed with a cup of tea while enjoying their spiritual Gnawa music. Leaving Khamlia , we will do what we like to call it a worth stop to enjoy the panoramic view of golden dunes near the Algerian border. We can go to visit a nomadic family, taking care of herds of cattle, goats and camels. You can meet members of the family and get to know about their way of life while enjoying the taste of a good cup of tea. After this you will have the opportunity to visit the sites of black volcanic rocks, near Yasmina Auberge, where you will be amazed at the scene of the dunes, along the nearby lake. In the afternoon we will ride the camels back into the golden dunes to enjoy sunset in the middle of Sahara, to conclude the day by a traditional dinner in the camp while enjoying berberic music.

Day 5 : FROM MERZOUGA-RISSANI-ERFOUD-RISH-MEDILT-CEDAR FORESTS TO FES :
In the morning, before breakfast, it’s recommended to wake-up early; so as not to miss the spectacular sunrise of Merzouga in the middle of the Sahara. Take a shower, and have breakfast before, either riding camels back or by 4×4 car to the village.
After a quiet stay, we are going to continue towards Rissani, Erfoud then to Midelt the commercial center of a large agricultural hinterland, passing by Ziz Valley, and Errachidia, to the Cedar forests of the beautiful Azrou, where you meet the wild monkeys of the middle atlas, by the Switzerland of Morocco the unique Ifrane.
Eventually, arriving to Fes, in the evening.

Day 6 : FULL DAY TO VISIT Fes :
After Breakfast, you are going to explore, the historical ramparts of the Medina of Fes. See the historical “Marinid tombs “, visiting the 14th century “ the Madrasa Bou Inania “, and its excellent museum, with its rich collection of illuminated manuscripts, and ceramics.

Then you are going to resume exploring the fascinating cobbled lanes of the Medina, and the richly decorated Attarin’s Madrasa, Also the Funduq of Nejarin, and the medieval tannery, and the infinite variety of handicrafts, copperplate and pottery.
Eventually, after an entertaining day, you are going to spend the night in the same riad.
Day 7 : Fez – Volubilis – Meknes – Rabat :
After a traditional breakfast in the Riad, we are going to resume our tour towards, a special destination, a historical place from the 25 BC “volubilis”, the site of Romans ruins. Next and not far from this current location, staying in the historical mood we are going to visit the city of Moulay driss, the oldest city in Morocco, where the founder of Islam in north Africa is buried, we will enjoy lunch in this beautiful city, then we are going to continue towards a city known as, the Ismaili capital of Morocco ,the city of Meknes. Where you are going to see the famous historical gate of “Bab mansour el alaaj “, Also the second known Plaza in Morocco after the plaza of Jamaa El Fna in Marrakech, the plaza of “Lehdim“, next you are going to see the Basin of “Sahrij Souani “, and explore the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum.
Eventually, we arrive at Rabat. Where we visit the famous Mohammed V Mausoleum, Hassan Tower and enjoy a short break at the pretty walled Kasbah of Oudaia. Overnight in Rabat
Day 8 : Rabat – Casablanca – Marrakech :
After breakfast, we are going to resume our tour for special a destination on this journey, “Casablanca “, the commercial capital, and the largest city in Morocco. A blend of Moorish style, and European art decoration. Where you are going to visit, the 5th largest mosque in the world, with its world’s tallest Minaret. Standing partly over the water. Lunch is scheduled at a restaurant in the seaside.
Eventually, at evening, when arrived at Marrakech, you will have a free program to do whatever you like ( if you want to buy any souvenirs, or just walk in the old medina).

DAY 9: TRANSFER TO Marrakech Airport :
Today we will try to benefit our time as much as we can, maybe wander around Marrakech souks to get some souvenirs for friends…, then transfer to Marrakech’s international airport based on your flight schedule, where unfortunately our unforgettable experience will end.
