DAY 1: FES – IFRANE – AZROU – MIDDLE ATLAS MOUNTAINS – TODRA GORGES : 

From Fes our wonderful tour is going to star from your accommodation, towards some of Morocco’s unique destinations and, our first one is going to be Todra Gorges, passing through the Switzerland of Morocco “Ifrane” to arrive to the Cedar forests of Azrou, where the wild monkeys are located. It will be good opportunity to take photos of wilderness in Morocco. You will enjoy Lunch in a small Berber village of Zaida. Then We continue our way through Atlas Mountains enjoying some dazzling glimpses on the road of Midelt, to arrive to the small town of Rich. From it we will pass through the famous town of Imilchil before arriving to Toudra Gorges in evening.

Overnight and dinner in the Riad.

DAY 2: TODRA GORGES – JORF – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA (CAMEL RIDE & NIGHT IN DESERT) :

After enjoying breakfast in front of Todra’s beautiful landscapes , we will resume our tour towards the unique Merzouga. Passing by some tiny Berber villages that are scattered along the way and, through Tinjdad, Jorf and the palm’s city “Erfoud”, in which we’ll feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet. You will enjoy a traditional lunch at Erfoud, before continuing to Merzouga.

When arrived to Merzouga, you will switch to camels, that will take you through the magnificent world of the sandy dunes of Erg Chebbi. In a memorable experience on the top of the camels you will admire the spectacular sunset in the Middle of the Sahara.

Eventually, the camels will take you to our traditional well-equipped camp, where you will enjoy a traditional dinner, while listening to some berber music show, in a friendly mood under the stars.

Overnight in a nomadic camp.

DAY 3: MERZOUGA – BERBER FAMILIES – BLACK DESERT – MERZOUGA DESERT CAMP :

In the morning, before breakfast, it’s recommended to wake-up early so you cannot miss the spectacular sunrise of Merzouga in the middle of the Sahara. Afterwards we are going to ride camels or car back to the village, before resuming our tour, and in today’s program , we will explore the surrounding areas of the marvel Erg Chebbi’s desert by visiting the village of khamlia inhabited by Senegalese musicians, to enjoy folk dances, and black Gnaoui music, following by the spectacular lake of Merzouga with its rich birds species, also visit a nomadic house, where you can see some Berber handicrafts, and learn more about the way of their living.

DAY 4: MERZOUGA – NOMADS – DESERT OASIS – ERG CHEBBI – MERZOUGA : 

After breakfast in the camp we will resume our tour, by crossing the black desert to Mifiss, during the journey, we will stop to admire the scenery and visit a nomadic Berber family with whom we will share a traditional mint tea beneath the comforting shade of a Berber tent.

After a quiet stay, We will continue until we arrive at our destination, the Mifiss Oasis. It is a spectacular place. palm trees and lakes between high, unpopulated hills appear wild, lush vegetation, traversed by a stream of the same name (Mifiss). In this heavenly environment, we will have lunch. Before sunset, we will leave Mifiss to the Oasis of Tisserdmin, with its large contrasts of water, vegetation, rock, and sand.

Then we will continue to the dunes for sunset before getting back to Merzouga, overnight in hotel near dunes.

DAY 5: MERZOUGA – RISSANI – ZIZ VALLEY – AZROU – IFRANE – FES : 

After taking shower and breakfast , we will draw our way back to the city of Fes ,passing by impressive places and people, on the way we will stop in Rissani to explore this old imperial, before driving through the High Atlas mountains again. We stop by a town called Midelt where you will enjoy a traditional pizza for lunch. Then we will continue to Fes passing by the Switzerland of Morocco and the magnificent Azrou with its cedar forests.

In the afternoon we will arrive at Fes, Where unfortunately our memorable experience ends.
